I just joined because I'm interested in playing with ARM hardware and RISC OS looks like a rather better fit than Linux, but when I visited the validation link in the registration e-mail, I was told that my code is not in the database. Is this a known bug? Do I have to do something else to verify my account? Any help that you can provide is most welcome.

Welcome!

What validation link? Verifying what account?!?

I'm confused (not difficult).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you appear to be posting to the forum. Congratulations! I'd say you registered successfully and are now able to, um, post to the forum. Yeah.

Well clearly you've validated your account, since you're able to post. You wouldn't be able to log in if you didn't.

Maybe you're referring to a different website. Which other RISC OS sites have you registered with? And also, out of interest, how did you hear about RISC OS?
