It's that time again

R-CompThere's a show coming up folks, Saturday October 23rd at Guildford College. But you knew that already, right?

Anyway, along with the show comes the ineveitable torrent of R-Comp press releases promising lots of goodies, so we've archived the emails in the press release setion. Highlights this time round include price slashes on games (up to 50% off), which means that you can pick up a bargain copy of Doom, Heroes of Might and Magic 2, Abuse and (my personal favourite) Syndicate. If you can't get to the show, worry not, the offer lasts for next week if you order by phone.

If you're feeling a little bit more flush with your pre-Christmas savings, you might also want to consider a RISCBook and/or RISCube 64. The RiscBook is a 1.5Ghz Centrino, 256Mb RAM, 40Gb hard
disc, 15" screen, CD writer/DVD player laptop with RISC OS 4 running on Windows XP Home - all for 999 UKP inc. VAT. The RISCube 64 is a similar deal in one of those cute cube-style PCs, but with an Athlon64 3200+ processor, 512Mb RAM, 120GB hard drive for the same price. There's even an Ultra version for 300 UKP more - a 3500+ processor and 1GB of memory in an even cuter box. Ooh, and DVD writer.

You might also want to check out the new and improved connectivity products, DialUp 3 and NetFetch 2.
